Lys Assia's in the audience!
Same here...I kinda wonder why I didn't give them any points.
Btw, thanks for the Irish TV link, it works just fine for me
Sweden cheating with the pen lights.
Sweden has actually kind of grown on me.
WELL GIVE US POINTS TONIGHT THEN!!!
I'm just not a fan of Anna's voice...I can't figure out if she is out of tune or doing that Shakira voice business...
but I am mesmerized by the feathers on her bodice that are really blowing around with the wind machine
Still about Harel...
Sweden's song sounds like every American Idol coronation song -- and that's not a good thing.
Very decent effort by Sweden. Good performance although I didn't like the staging.
The Swedish singer was 18? I thought there was something about her that looked at least 30.
Despite that she was quite charming.
Now the desperate Azerbaijanis.
I hope Safura falls down from her flashy stairs and ends upside down flashing her fanny.
I kind of loved all the red lights from Sweden.
Oh my god, what's with the glove?
Whee light up dress!
Oooh, Safura brought some of my "favorite" choreography from her video AND a cute dancer.
Azerbaijan looks really cheap for something that has had so much money spent on it.
She's a bit odd.
She's going Beyonce'ish, innit?!
Well that was just shit. No way is desperate AZE going to win.
ITA. I was underwhelmed. Needs shirtless men dancers and water pool for her to swim in!
Oh, Ukraine. I miss Svetlana and her Trojans.
Oh God, Safura's an amazing singer!
Exactly. I was quite shocked. It was such a mess, looked way under rehearsed and quite chaotic.
Ukraine is skary.
But benefits being simple after Azerbaijan and the fact that she can really sing.
Ukraine looked like she got dressed by druids -- after an unfortunate accident with a shredder.
Oh my gooooood!
This is my least favorite Ukrainian entry in recent memory.
That is big shiiiiiiiite!
Ukraine is staying in the semi-final.
