Here's the informational post adapted for Russian Nationals online viewing:
RUSSIAN TV
Russian TV streaming services (for those residing outside of Russia, those inside Russia can just watch directly on TV) have been a source of live Russian Nationals coverage for the last few seasons. To watch Russian TV you typically need a subscription to a Russian TV viewing service or if there is some luck, someone finds a free stream.
TVTeka (http://tvteka.com/) is a popular Russian TV streaming service here on FSU. The cost is $12 US per month or $30 US for three months of service, payable via Visa, Mastercard or paypal. Service includes live streaming as well as on-demand viewing of previous broadcasts. The entire site is in Russian, but you can use Google Translate services to help you navigate through the site. TVTeka also offers a free, 3 day trial, but you must sign up a day in advance before starting the trial.
Re-posting from the Russian Nationals forum in Kiss and Cry:
