George Gershwin is one of the most popular composers in figure skating, and some of the greatest programs have been skated to his music.
The man I love: Gordeeva-Grinkov (pro 1995)
Rhapsody in Blue: Ilia Kulik (98 Oly LP)
Funny Face: Virtue & Moir (2012)
An American in Paris: Tim Goebel (not sure of the year), Ilia Kulik (1995 LP)
Summertime: Annenko & Sretenski (pro), Katarina Witt (pro), Engi & Toth (part of FD in 1988)
Porgy & Bess: G&G (pro)
I got rhythm: G&G (pro)
Any other skates to Gershwin?
I'm thinking Marina Zueva had a thing for Gershwin's music. ;)
In addition to G&G's three Gershwin numbers and V&M's Gershwin free dance, as a solo performer, Katia Gordeeva had a great number to Gershwin's Three Preludes
Usova & Zhulin skated to Summertime for their 1991 OD

Kiira Korpi skated to I Got Rhythm last year.
Yannick Ponsero's 2008-9 and 2009-10 LP included a section from Summertime.
Takahiko Kozuka skated to Concerto in F in his junior days.

Amelie Lacoste is skating to Gershin for her free skate this season.
It's a lovely program, but a complete rip - off of Joannie Rochette's look and style.

Evan used 'The man I love' in his LP? I will have to watch it again. If I were a skater, I would not touch that music. I know anyone can skate to any music, but TMIL is too G&G for me, and I don't want to see anyone else use it in the next 20 years at least.
I remember Josee's FS in 94 (she got a raw deal that time because of Tonya's shoe laces), and Agnes's LP last year.

Concerto in F: Underhill/Martini's FS in 1984
Funny thing is, the choreographer of the program, Sandra Bezic, suggested herself Concerto in F to David Wilson for Yuna's olympic free program. David revealed this right after Vancouver, and he also said that he was utterly struck and moved by her suggestion because "for [him], Paul and Barbara's this program is untouchable, stored in [his] heart's special place," and Sandra was his mentor.
Interesting connection, right? And kudos to Sandra for making another Gershwin masterpiece on ice possible:respec:

It can be heard from ~0:30-1:05 into the program.

Didn't Susanna Pöykiö skate to one of his piano concerts? Can't recall which year...
I can't find the site right now, and it may not even be active, but I remember reading on a skating music site that "Porgy & Bess" was the most used musical in skating

I thought it would be Phantom of the Opera
This wasn't the page I was referring to, but this webpage (http://homepage3.nifty.com/skatemusic/Soundtrack.htm)on skating music lists 7 routines skated to Porgy & Bess and 4 routines to ALW's Phantom of the Opera. However, the page was last updated in 1998, so POTO might be the current leader. :)
ETA: Anyway, looking at the list, I was completely wrong. :drama: While Porgy & Bess has been skated to more than Phantom of the Opera, the far and away leader is West Side Story, with 26 routines.
