Well he was born female and is on hormones. He has had his breasts removed but I suppose that and the hormones do not stop him from producing viable milk for his son. I would be shocked if someone born male was doing this but not too surprising when you realize he was born female.

I guess it's the situation that I find surprising, more than the physical aspect of this. Come to think of it, there must be a lot of advantages in marrying someone who has the best of both genders (ie the nurturing side + the masculine side). :D
