Wow. So, apparently the cab hydroplaned and his head hit the partition in the cab despite him wearing a seat belt? I didn't think they were ever that close to passengers.

Here's to hoping that the results of the plastic surgery are good and that he has an excellent recovery.

I can understand why there are partitions, but they shouldn't be so close that your can hit them with your seatbelt on.
