I have to say. I love nerds. Nerds are my type. All of the significant men in my life have been nerds.

But occasionally, cute but dumb is just fine. I'd still hit that.

I would add Phelps to that list. I do find him rather attractive. :slinkaway

I suppose I could close my eyes and think of London. Or Athens. Sydney if the going gets tough. :shuffle:

ITA! Gawd I thought I was the only one that likes some chest hair.

Oh yes, chest hair rules! :respec:

The writer is from Canada, right? Must be hard to swallow if your country is irrelevant.

I hear some of them use public swimming pools as their personal urinal!!!

Read this thread this morning and had a chuckle...

The articles about Lochte had me  x100. I usually don't watch interviews with athletes except the occasional football player because that's what gets on tv around here, and I usually don't regret it.
The thing with guys like these is that they have lousy feedback systems, seriously, who is going to turn to a good-looking high achiever and call him on his bullshit? I've seen this happen with regular guys so I can only imagine it gets a lot worse when you climb up the ladder. In a way I feel sorry for them, no one is pretty faced forever and one day their lack of basic filters will bite them in the you know what.

I sincerely hope you're not American, because if so, you're an awful representative.

 Talk about a lack of filters. Think before you open your mouth, Michael.

This American LOVES Canada. I'm kind of a Canadian wannabe, especially as the uber conservatism/American "exceptionalism" thing sweeps certain parts of the USA. Every time I've visited Canada I'm struck by how nice people are there.

Just don't strike up a conversation about women's soccer next time you're there.

There is nothing less sexy than a good looking guy who is dumber than a box of hair. Give me a skinny nerd over a big, hunky, althlete any day.

I dated one who was always telling me that eating tomatoes was good for my prostate. No, I am not a guy.

 Football is so :EVILLE: that it corrupts even famous Canadian niceness
