Ugh for Feck Sakes :wall::wall: Canada's equestrian team royally fecks up and then a top medal hope in Mary Spencer only needed to win one fight to guarantee a medal... and she didn't. She was upset by a Chinese fighter she's beat twice. This is not Canada's day :(

Gold #18 for team GB - Jason Kenny gets gold in the sprint final in the velodrome :cheer2:

Glad he came through as he was picked by the selectors to race in this over Chris Hoy due to the stupid rule of the cycling federation to only allow one rider per country per discipline!!! Can you imagine if all sports put that rule in place

Wrestling, judo, canoe, rowing and several other sports have that limit in place, actually. They all need to make sure Olympic medals are somewhat spread out in sports that heavily rely on public subsidies, because otherwise many countries unwilling to spend huge cash will just shut down their programmes.

Sorry if it seems mean, but the winner of the womens shotput looks more like a male than a female to me.

Guess that gives a whole new meaning to "out of the games due to doping!"

The refs in the Canada game need to be smacked ten ways from sideways. Being called for a penalty that clearly wasn't committed, the Americans have had various hand-balls not called, she's doing everything she can to help the Americans win.

Hope the jump-off wins inspires all British athletes involved in penalty shoot-offs in the future :shuffle:
