Did you see that documentary? Pml that that coach lost his job for dating her. We don't bother with such ethics in skating.

More track cycling. We have a potential medal in both lightweight double sculls (nz commentators talking up gold though British are favourites) and womens sculls (will be much more difficult). Triathlon should be good. We have a chance for a medal there. Looking forward to more athletics and show jumping competition. Last night of swimming :( and more trampoling. Wheeee.
Also at what stage do the british become like Americans and we constantly root against them?

Women's triathlon on now. Have to say I don't fancy swimming in that lake. :yikes:
I imagine the Aussies will be aiming to do well here. They don't seem to be having a great games so far by their high standards.

I'm sure they will be but the British are favoured.

I was hard pushed to cheer for her yesterday as it was her fault in the sprint that Jess Varnish didn't have the opportunity to race for gold the previous day. Her interview after the DQ was so full of herself and then she was trying to push some of the blame on Jess for the changeover that I was left feeling pretty po'ed by Pendelton.

And they're into the running now. Huge group ended the cycling but the run will sort things out.
Edit:
Yep things are opening up. Erin Densham of Australia, Kelen Jenkins Great Britain, Nicola Spirig Switzerland, Lisa Norden Sweden and Kiwi Andrea Hewitt. I'd say Hewitt is looking slightly off to me. But hopefully she can get amonst the medals.
Edit: And Hewitt has been dropped :(

Down to a lead group of 4 - Hewitt has dropped off. So 4 in the group - 3 medals to be given out - could be an exciting finish. Come on Helen.
