What can I say? It's a bouncy sport after all and I could *not* resist. :D

Anyway, the true high flyers take over the arena where the Artistic Gymnastics have been holding court so far. Canada's got three legitimate chances at medals starting tomorrow and I can't wait to watch it!! :D

I find this one easy to follow the scoring and Kyle Shewfelt did a great job explaining it!

Three scores - flight time (calculated by a laser based on when the trampoline is not depressed) + degree of difficulty (predetermined based on skills in the routine - adjusted if anything left out) + execution (stay in the rectangle with the cross, arms should be straight at sides or straight beside ears, no breaking in body, speed of twists, etc.) = Total points

ETA: 15 and 16 ranked - neither finished their routine. If they hit the springs, they are done. Unlike artistic, they can not remount and continue.
