Not according to my slow score board. Right now... Uchimura, Verniaiev, Belyavskiy, with Leyva 7th I think.

Leyva really does need a more difficult vault. Vault is the event where you can try to score 16 and he will never do that on vault unless you want to count Nationals.

A lot of people on twitter seemed to think Leyva might attempt a more difficult vault. Not doing so kind of seems like giving up, honestly.
