I can't tell if you don't believe me or what, hard to tell tone on the internet, but an NBC exec did say exactly that two days ago.

He literally said that they "don't give a shit?" :eek: I didn't know that. My point was that this message was implicit in how they were behaving.

It's very clear that their response to unhappy viewers is to ignore or even silence them rather than to listen and respond. Did you see that NBC got twitter to suspend the account of a reporter who encourage people to e-mail the NBC exec to register their complaints?
