Why is Zou Kai getting 15.9 for an Amanar that would have been called as a DTY and get a terrible E score if a woman did it? Or did I just mistake it for an Amanar and it's actually something with a higher D value?

Disaster for the US men. Good for Sam to hit when he'd already had a huge error and he was coming up after Leyna's error but we needed a hit from Orozco and he didn't have it.
