Just got home after working for about 20 of the last 24 hours but did not see a thing! So I ordered pizza and the delivery guy calls to say the police will not let him in. Huh?! Went downstairs to collect my lunch/dinner/snack and there is like a dozen squad cars and even a swat team! I have never seen so many cops in my life!!!! there is nothing on the news!

Sorry for the panic attack guys. This is a safe neighborhood so stuff like this does not usually happen. They are all gone now. Still no word on what the heck happened plus one of the elevators has lots of blood on th floor. It didn't help my state of mind last night that I went downstairs to get the pizza in my PJs. :blocjudge

Police scanners drive me bonkers but today would have been a good day to have one.

Can't you call the police station and ask what was going on? I'd be very curious.

They should let you know what happened because you live in the building.

Hey -- it is completely rational to have a panic attack when one of your complex's elevator has blood all over the floor AND where the SWAT Team was called out.
Definitely just not another day in the neighborhood. :(

Nope. Toronto proper and not too far from some EXPENSIVE luxury condos now going up. (wish I could afford one... LOL)
