Thank you, iggie!
Some interesting information there - especially the modern choreo part.

"Unfortunately we had to incorporate polka into that stunning music, but we're skating to it for the shortest amount of time possible."

Yeah, that they're working with the choreographer who helped them on Pink Floyd is fascinating news.

I think they're skating to Carmen today. Yesterday they did the SD.

I don't think Scott looked sad, just a little tired. After 2 weeks of shows, it's understandable.

I read on PJ Kwong about cool W-P FD and thought they all skated both programs yesterday.

Yes, they must be tired. Interesting, is Marina there?

I just listened to the Hopkins music again, and I really loved it. I am happy that the Bizet piece will be choreographed with the help of the woman who aided with PF. I must admit I am really looking forward to this season, and yeah!!! no country music, no "D-I-V-O-R-C-E"s or dogs dying and whatever else happens in country music lyrics, just:smokin:, :kickass:. programmes. :D

Is it fun living in the '60s? :D Country has different singers and different songs now, you know.

A modern take on Carmen would be totally fabulous. One thing I've wanted from V/M for a long time is to see a dance that shows the complexity of emotions between two people -- anger, frustration, love, betrayal, sadness, etc. If they were to really focus on these aspects, then I would be :swoon:
