As part of a wellness initiative at work, I got a free massage, and I get to go tonight :)

I've had many deep tissue massage, but never a shiatsu massage.
I know these are done clothed.

My question is- does the skin need to be covered? The heat index is around 115...can I wear shorts? Or do I need to find a pair of pants? Are jeans appropriate? They seem like they would be too thick.

Shorts are perfectly fine IMHO - when I give Shiatsu my clients wear t-shirts and shorts or sweat-pants. Jeans - IMHO - would be too thick and as shiatsu can involve stretching the jeans would hinder this.
