Even the GUY in that photo (my deputy) complained about the lighting! We're all so vain.

The guy with the scruffy beard in the other photo is my Israeli counterpart. My deputy was born in Israel, as was the other woman in the other photo. They have a nice look, don't they?

(I'm very fond of my friends.)

Aw. :shuffle: That's nice.

It's a good thing you can't see me now, sick for five days, in sweatshorts and an old Eagles t-shirt.....

Aww, sorry you don't feel well. Hope it's nothing serious. Sending "mommy hugs" to make you feel better. :)

This is the best support group I've ever had! Thank y'all.

Next trip is Israel where I never dress up for anything. :P Don't want to scare the natives.

Could anyone suggest a place/designer w/a good selection of petites (5'4" here) and carries a good selection of size 0's/XS's? It's hell for me finding anything that properly fits my waist (about 20-21 in. around) >.<

I'd like to know for my mom too. She hasn't gotten new clothes in yeeeeaaaars.

5'4" isn't actually that short - I'm between 5'4" and 5'5" and most things fit fine length-wise except for pants, which need to be hemmed or worn with heels. The 21" waist will be the problem. :P My ribs show, but my waist is still 27", and I still only fit most comfortably in "curvy" style pants! You really might be relegated to tailoring all your bottoms, aside from buying them in the kid's section. My very-well-dressed-and-petite coworker actually buys her pants from the girls' section, but we've never had to buy pantsuits. For her thesis defense, I except she'll go for a skirt, to bypass the need for nice pants.
