I like the first pair the best (they're a more elegant rendering of the 3rd pair), and the second last pair is nice too. Definitely choose for comfort if no one can see your dress. Ditto #1 and #5. Not sure how old you are, but the rest look a bit matronly.

Oh, and congrats vesperholly for finding a new pair of sandals :)

I just started looking at shoes online for the wedding. What about these? I'd prefer no heel higher than 2.5-3 inches. Other suggestions for shoes welcome as well. Especially if comfortable. If I don't have to, I'd rather not spend more than $60ish as I'll likely never wear white shoes again. Also, I usually wear a 6.5. Sometimes a 7, sometimes a 6, but typically 6.5.

I like them all. :)

If they're dyeable, you can dye them a different color after the wedding. That's what I was gonna do if I couldn't find something I could wear again. :P I think ivory is somewhat more versatile than bright (blue-toned) white...

I won the auction for the Cole Haans! :cheer: Now to wait with bated breath.

Back to clutches. If I know it's an event with minimal seating and finger food, I make sure my outfit has pockets! My favorite LBD has just enough room for my iPhone and a money clip.

Patience is a virtue!

And of all the virtues, the one I have least. :(

It may be more than 10 days, unless you have a Nordstrom's card:

I do have a Nordstrom card. (of course!) She told me to call in two weeks, sigh.

The wedding I attended was this Saturday. I got to spend time with girlfriends who I've been friends with since the 3rd/4th grade. I had so much fun I barely took any pictures and NONE were a full body one to show the entire outfit! grrrr. I wore a knee length, robin's egg blue strapless empire fitted dress accented with a satin bow from Express. I wore the nude Jessica Simpson Calie pumps that has 4 inch heels (was very comfortable even when dancing the night away!). No jewelry, just the 3 stone 10th wedding anniversary ring. I kept my hair down and added a rhinestone headband.
Here I am (http://www.flickr.com/photos/mariemay/7404821940/) and here is (http://www.flickr.com/photos/mariemay/7405026064/) a better picture of me (darn hubby wasn't cooperating, lol) before sweating away on the dance floor

You look beautiful, myhoneyhoney! :) I absolutely love the color and fit of the dress or what I can see of it.
