I thought they had made the right decision to hang it up after 07 Worlds.
It would have been sad to see them get passed by a couple of teanagers in their own country.

Their best change to win a world title was 06 Worlds in Calgary, but they were bettered by Denkova & Staviski who the ISU were also indebted for a consolation prize.

Thanks for bringing up Sebastien Britten, made me look back at an old clip. Wasn't he choreographed by David Wilson?. Shame he didn;t have a consistant 3a. Wonderful artist and such great lines.

Elena Glebova, yeah she isn't a top tier skater, but the times when she puts out solid programs, she seems to not get the scores she deserves.

Love her :)
I really enjoyed her skate at the 2010 Europeans Gala.
It's a pity she is so inconsistent.
But I remember her SP's from the 08/09 season and she never got the marks she should have.

Another Sebastien Britten SP from Olympics love the choreography. He would have done well in the new judging system i think.

Winkler & Lohse came up with very original choreography & I always loved watching them skate. Some of my favourites of their's were;
Worlds 99' FD. Europeans 00' FD. NHK Trophy 00' FD. Nations Cup 02' FD.
Also Dubreil/Lauzon were amzing. Their 04' Worlds FD is still one of my all-time favourites to watch. I thought they should have been much higher at those Worlds.
Moniotte/Lavanchy were a class act. The programes they did for the 06/07 season were fantastic. Also their Irish theme in the free dance at the 08' Europeans & Olympics should have got better marks.

Sarah Meier. She was robbed of 2006 Worlds bronze medal and 2010 bronze at the europeans.
Mark Mitchell

Drobiazko Vanagas did not receive the marks they deserved.

Oh, and I forgot Delobel/Sch and Denkova/Stavisky in the earlier years of their careers.
