Okay, are we talking about competitive or show programs? Because if we look at what Russian skaters do in Russian tv shows than we should admit that Navka is a queen of versatility of all time.
In ice dance N/K too came to my mind when thinking about versatile skaters. But I guess you have to be a lot more versatile in general when doing ice dance – just thinking of the changing rhythms for Compulsories, Original Dance … with being capable to skate to only one direction of music you’d probably never be able to compete at elite level there. Here are some links to programmes performed by N/K to different kinds of music.

Classical:

Modern:

Now with the last programme linked I honestly have to admit that my personal feelings when watching Roman Kostomarov skating topless are not versatile at all, but pretty much clear cut. :smokin:

Grishuk & Platov were the most versatile ice dancers, IMO... most of the great ice dance teams had a signature style, whether it be lyrical, romantic, dramatic, ballroom, etc.

G&P really hit on every different style for ice dance: Folk music (Greek and Italian), sensual (blues), voidy (Liebesleid, The Feeling Begins), various ballroom themes (Rock Around the Clock, Latin, and Fred & Gingeresque Steppin Out), and the more Russian dramatic style (Memorial).

I totally agree with this. Evgeny Platov liked classical music, but he could skate to anything, like the Latin program for example.

There are lots of skaters that come to mind though. I agree with Kurt Browning, Viktor Petrenko, Sasha Cohen & Nicole Bobek. Rudy Galindo also comes to mind.
