Of course you have to get through the stupid advertisement first.
Excellent one of the royal wedding.

Aren't the chicks the original peeps? So many contestants just used the bunny peeps. I think you should have to use both.

I like looking through them all. I am always astonished at the wide variety of the creations and the creativity of people.

The OcuPeeps is great, but personally for the grand prize winner I would have chosen Peepville (#28), Mitt Romney's family vacation, complete with dog in cage on the car roof (#33), or Newt Peeprich's colony on the moon (#36).

Thanks for the bump, Sylvia!!

This year's Washington Post winners, and there's some good ones:

Sadly, the quality of entries/winners in the Seattle Times contest continues to get worse :(
(The Macklepeep "Peepshop" in the entries section is pretty funny though).

Editing because I'm an idiot and posted in the wrong thread, but I'm looking at the Washington ones now, and the winner...wow.

My favorite is the "Everybody Peeps" one. Marshmallow fluff!

I feel like the winner was almost a gimme. Tackle a serious subject and you automatically get +3 GOE. It was well done but zzzzzzz.

I liked Everybody Peeps too.

I think you should have to use both.Yes, the chicks are the original Peeps -- and as a "Peeps purist" I will only eat the yellow chicks :drama: ( I saw some ghastly green and turquoise chicks on display in the store last week along with the pink and purple ones.) :scream:  The bunny Peeps are much easier to use as "peeple" in the dioramas, so at least there is some use for them. :P
