Sigh can't we all just get along, all ubers unite lol:lol:. Maybe that will happen when pigs fly. Anyways I didn't think it was a cheesefest. I enjoyed it and I know everybody was giving team Canada a hard time even before Scott's comment, but not everyone could have been like team Italy and France. Team Russia, U.S.A, and even a bit Japan were kinda boring too when compared to Italy and France.

Music suggestions for next season? And do you think they will use this exhibition next year, or get a new one before the season starts?
I want a new ex I'm not feeling this one or at least not yet. And I like disco too, but IDK something is just off with this one. Maybe after tomorrow I'll love it lol. But seriously can summer get here and be over already...I wish I could see into the future and know what music they are gonna choose, until then I'll keep hoping they choose something explosive.

Still think this is more of a cheesefest than an actual comp. If it truly wants to be taken seriously, then it needs to be scheduled appropriately. Right now, it just an add on and whose marks/standings I can't be bothered to discuss. Once it is part of a real comp, then maybe I'll take some interest.

What is bothering me is all the criticism levelled at Scott & Tessa -- mostly Scott -- about how competing in this comp is just so wonderful for all the skaters. Well if Scott truly meant that this comp was mostly a waste of his time AND that they were forced into competing it it, you can count me in his corner. There are fewer things that totally piss me off than to be forced to participate in something I don't wish to, and then expected to act like I want to be there. For me, that's just asking for
a series of rollseyes icons
followed by a few death stares a la Barbara F-P
and finishing with a couple of puking icons.

Can you tell I don't like being told what to do in some instances :)

Yes - at first we want to know, what music they will choose, but its more importatnt, how programs will look. So we need to have a rest from skating untill GP assigment and then before GP will start :D
Could nobody brought GP events and we could watch all "live" on ISU channel? :D

Canada takes bronze at World Team Trophy figure skating event behind Japan, U.S.

``We kind of came in and had some OK skates from some of our top athletes and then it was also nice to see some people with less experience to have great performances,'' said ice dancer Scott Moir of Ilderton, Ont. ``This gave our team a boost and gave us a shot to come after this third place.'

``This is turning into an exciting event. I was here in 2009 and it is a lot different feeling to know it's going to be at the Olympic Games,'' Moir said. ``Hopefully we can catch up and try to challenge the Americans and the Japanese in the Olympics. But we have some work to do in order to be in that league.''

Good job, Scott!

I miss all these excitement as I missed the pairs broadcast. :( But thanks for the update. Happy for Team Canada and happy that Megan & Eric did well.

As for Scott ... ..... did someone send him excerpts from FSU? :P

I was gonna say this yesterday, but I love Eric Radford, he's funny!! Also the medal ceremony isn't archived on the ISU page, is it on youtube or anything?

I haven't seen it or know the results .. have no interest in watching as I don't understand why the ISU wants ANOTHER competition a few weeks after worlds. What's the point? And it doesn't even count.
