Elena Grinenko tweeted pictures with four Canton teams, including Tessa and Scott (https://twitter.com/#!/elenagrinenko/status/179704486510596097). :)

Nice picture! They look happy. Thanks for posting.

BTW someone mentioned River by Joni Mitchell. One of my favourite songs! Slightly Christmas-y maybe, but the imagery of having a river to skate away on, the implied role of skating in one's life, and the Canadian "feel" of the song would make it a lovely choice (if it resonates with them). Bittersweet and poignant. Thanks for reminding me.

I would love Tessa & Scott to skate to Gotye-Somebody that I used to know.
It's number one here at the moment & always on the radio.
I think the vocals would really suit them.

I really like this song at the moment and agree with you that Tessa and Scott could do something really good with it. It would be a fun dynamic for them to go with I think, something really different.

D-W will be in CSOI.
D/W are not full cast members, but they will make a guest appearance for three shows (including Toronto, so I will see lots of ice dancers! :))

Honestly, i wish V-M will made something like this

Great videos, thanks for posting them Pani, I hadn't seen either of these routines before. The Indian routine is so seamless and so different from anything that's done these days. I love how Chris and Jane seem to be continuously touching for most of the routine. Thanks again :)

I know. Next season they will have it all. They took all V-M shows :(
OK, but why they didnt ask Patrick, but ask D-W? And i think Canada have great ice dancers, who could skate in CSOI. And i think some pairs (Megan and Eric and Kirsten with Dylan) will be great like guests in this tour.
But Zueva put D-W everywhere - all tine bring them in Russia, even if V-M had better support in Moscow, now into Canada, because they need support at WCh in London.
Why V-M couldnt work on there own PR and there owm practice and choreo?

Relax, pani. I expect CSOI tried to get Patrick; they usually try to get the maximum number of top Canadian skaters. Perhaps he wants to do Yu-na's "All that Skate" instead (which conflicts with CSOI). Sale/Pelletier were invited, but they turned the offer down because they didn't feel the money was enough compared to past years. D/W guesting on the tour will not affect V/M's support in London.

Pani,
I am so sad about Patrick -maybe they are still trying to get him as a guest star or maybe he is going to Korea for Yuna's show?

I know that T& S are absolutely loved in Korea so maybe they will be going later in the off season just like they did last year.

I have on ice tickets this year so will have a great view. Really looking forward to the show.

I am not unhappy seeing D&W - but believe me the Toronto audience goes WILD for T&S and of course Kurt.

V/M have skated in Festa on Ice, All that Skate, SOI Japan, etc. They will have many opportunities in the future as well, I'm sure.

I think at Yu-Na show they could made better money, no?

Probably, but in Tessa and Scott's case they would not (IMO) give up CSOI even to take a more lucrative show in Korea. From what they have said in the past, skating for Canadian audiences in CSOI is extremely important to them.
