Arsenio had the better ad, Clay the better performance show.

I was disappointed by both shows.

Not a surprise. Trump seemed to favour Arsenio all along

Don't understand the result. Wish Trump had explained it. Everybody there seemed to favour Clay. Happy it is Arsenio though cause he seemed like an awesome guy, and Clay raised almost as much money as he did when it came down to it

I would have preferred Clay but I'm happy with Arsenio.

I'm going to blame Clay's loss on his friendship with Lisa Lampenelli :P

Don't understand the result.

it sounds like arsenio is interested in coming back to tv which would make him the more visible celebrity, with a highly visible celebrity charity to boot = more free publicity for trump and the apprenti brand

I prefer arsenio so I am happy with the result. However, I thought it would go the other way.

Also I could not understand Aubrey's outfit. Was that a robe?

I was rooting for Arsenio. Clay played the game well, but he was just too snotty and full of himself for my tastes. I was never a huge Clay Aiken fan, but I like him less after this show.

Does anyone recall how much each took in in contributions? I remember Trump saying that that would not be the sole criteria, but didn't Clay bring in substantially more?

I thought so. That's almost twice as much. Someone who has a "real" business negotiation with Trump should make some oblique reference to "It's not all about the money," just for the hell of it. I've heard Trump is very tough on how much *he* pays.

Clay took in more than $300,000 while Arsenio's total was more than $100,000. Clay certainly took in more than Arsenio did in this task.

The show is never that clear on the judging criteria. Just from my observations, I preferred Arsenio's management style. He seemed to trust his assistants more than Clay did during this and other tasks. It didn't help Clay's cause that once again Aubrey took over and began tooting her own horn once Trump arrived.

As for the performance aspect, I think they were both pretty bad. It was a draw for me, as Clay's was flashier but a bit cheesy. Arsenio's wasn't my taste with Lisa's brand of humor, but I usually prefer stand up comedy to musical numbers. As for the film portions. I liked Arsenio's concept better.

I thought Theresa did a fantastic job with the space for the party. That party space was more my style than the circus/carnival act of Clay's team. I would have liked to have seen both teams mesh the themes of their rooms to the themes of their performances. Maybe that was Aubrey's intent. Her hair did make her look a bit like a lion. So that went along with the theme.

So in my eyes Arsenio and Clay went in pretty even on the final task.

I did enjoy watching Aubrey's face when other people got attention. The best moment of that was when Trump complimented Debbie and Dee on their singing. I thought she might explode right then and there.
