I wonder who will be the favorite at Wimbledon?

Congrats to Rafa!!! :cheer2: Happy for him to cement his status as King of Clay, and after 3 GS losses he really needed this victory against Nole.

But Novak's shown so much grit in this tournament and I won't be surprised to see him get the career slam eventually. He deserves it.

I wonder who will be the favorite at Wimbledon?

At this point Nadal definitely the favorite for Wimbledon, Djokovic for the U.S Open. Doesnt mean they will win (nor even are they both my picks, I pick Murray to win the U.S Open as crazy as that might sound, and Nadal for Wimbledon) but those would be the favorites and I am pretty sure will be the bookies favorites. The ironic thing is if Nadal wins Wimbledon as he is favored to do, he probably would become the favorite for the U.S Open thereafter. :lol:

So happy!!! :cheer::cheer::cheer:

Nadal's in the draw for Halle. Is he really going straight there to play? It'd be okay if he withdrew--really.

I pick Murray to win the U.S Open...

I'd love for Murray to win there, or any Major!

I am going out on a real limb with that prediction but I just feel he is way overdue for a slam win, and that even after his mediocre (not surprising really) clay season he is in a good place and making steady progress. Those top 3 are still tough to get past though. He probably has to beat 2 of them to win a slam, not easy.

Djokovic got the AO. Nadal got the FO. If Federer could get another Wimbledon title *or* and Olympic gold and Murray could get the USO, and maybe Del Potro could get another big win in there somewhere, I would be so happy. It'd be like Christmas, one present for everyone. :)

At this point I have no hope Murray will ever win a Slam. Roddick miraculously got that one title, but I consider them about equally. Others might get injured and he plays his heart out, and maybe gets a miracle. But at this point, I'm not seeing the advancement in his game to keep up. I wished for years and years that Henman would at least make a Wimbledon final, but it never happened. I do hope that Federer can win one more, preferably at Wimbledon. I was very impressed with Nadal at FO and think he's the favorite for Wimbledon though.

I really want Fed to win Wimbledon and/or the Olympics :)

US Open tickets went on sale today! I got ground passes for Opening Day.

So glad French Open is over - my least favorite tournament of the year. Bring on the grass x2! :cheer2:
