What are Venus's chances of going to the Olympics at this point? I know the criteria for being named to the team are complicated. As much as I like Venus, I hope the team is named on the basis of who is higher ranked now rather than who won four years ago.

To be selected for Olympics a player has to be in the top 56 ranking and have played Federation Cup for their country in the past two years. The problem the Williams will face is that there are at least two US women ranked higher than they are right now.

Left the house with McHale up a set on Li, but thank god Li won through losing only three more games :)

MCHale should have a good future though!

A little off-topic, but Novak and Rafa will carry the flags for Serbia and Spain, respectively, at the Olympics in London.

Oh, and I know that Rafa/Scwank is foregone conclusion but why are the NBC commentators going on and on about Brian Baker and Sloane Stephens? TALK ABOUT THE MATCH GODDAMIT. Or even better, don't talk at all.

Wish there was an option to watch the Raonic 5th set. Although it got interesting again with Kanepi just getting a third chance to serve out the match. Let's see if she can finally close it...

And Nadal finishes. Happy early (shared) ;) birthday!
