Yep. Not only lost to Monaco, but was fed a bagel. Oh, Andy.

Later, Serena lost to Wozniacki, then had her standard non-PC presser ... explaining that she lost only due to playing at 20 percent. Oh, Serena.

... also today, the Bryan twins, aka Fergus' wet dream sandwich, lost to the Worm & ... er, one of the Indians.

Did anyone see Sharapova-Wozniacki?

Now THAT was :watch: I wish the WTA could be as consistently good. It reminded of the golden days of about ten+ years ago.

Good quality hitting, winners, comebacks, offense v defense, long rallies, low count of UE's, and of course, bitching and a lil drama. Wheeee!

Rafa withdrew from his semifinal match today in Miami, gifting Murray with a walk into the finals. Extra rest may help if the unlikely happens and Noles expends a lot of effort with Monaco.

Rafa says, of his injury:

... in general, I am very happy about almost everything. My schedule is going to be the same. Monte Carlo [and] Barcelona [are the] first two tournaments.
I say -- hmmm, wait n' see. But, as with so many players with a similarly pounding game, Rafa's various joints seem to be breaking down more frequently.

Radwanska is having a fantastic year. The only person she's lost to is Azarenka. Def. one of the favorites for Roland Garros.
