The details :

Naomi Lang and Ilia Averbukh opened the final stage . Naomi admitted that she was tired by the end of the project, but will still miss the Cup professionals. Ilya Averbukh said that at the beginning of the project he was not in great shape, but forced himself to train and by the finals he began to feel much more confident. Their performance proved it : the pair received 12 points . "This number was performed with style, they skated as they wanted, - said Tatiana Tarasova. - Ilia’s mastery didn’t go away, it processed and became something new."
(In the interview Irina asked Ilia if it was easy to understand American women. He answered that he doesn’t know about the others but Naomi had Russian soul of a fighter in herself or something like that. He also added that by the end of the show he expected her to be pissed off and to say ”That’s it, I’ve had enough of this craziness !” but she was always patient and fought till the end. As a matter of fact they were rehearsing the number until 6 in the morning of the tapping. )

Jana Khokhlova and Maxim Stavisky went to the finals as of one of the leaders of the project. The funny number to the song of "B-2" t was liked by the audience and the judges , but still in the scores crept one "5.9" for artistry. "Technically it was amazing, but emotionally not so much. And the final was a little bit undone" - explained Tatiana Tarasova. "It's amazing dance track with very good ideas, with great unexpected lifts. I liked it", - said Elena Chaikovskaya.
(In the interview Irina asked them where they were flying and Jana said they’ve circled around the world and then their dynamic dance probably took them to the space . Max joked that he’ll get in great shape and compete at 2014 Olympics with Jana).

Albena Denkova and Ruslan Goncharov’s dance to Pelagia’s bewitched singing brought them all "sixes" for artistry. "(Those are the Russian women who will do the impossible and bring back their beloved even though a tiny tread.)All the elements logically were laid on the music, and for me create a Russian popular painting," - said Igor Bobrin. "For me it was an absolute number with thin and deep penetration in the Russian folklore" - added Tatiana Tarasova, who gave them highest scores for technique and execution.

The judges were very critical of the execution. "The guys have gathered some interesting elements, but each element started separately , one didn’t flow from the other. This prevented the perception of the number," - said Natalia Bestemianova. Elena Chaikovskaya praised Irina for her courage in the execution of high lifts.

Tatiana Totmianina and Roman Kostomarov gave their best in the dance to the song "Blues" . Tatiana could not hold back her tears after the show . The judges were also impressed. Anton Sikharulidze noted the courage of Tatiana, who, despite an injury in the middle of the project, has continued to participate in it. Natalia Bestemianova praised Roman, who already learned the elements of pair skating. "Now I understand how hard it is to lift your pair skating partner in the fourth minute," - said Roman.

Elena Chaikovskaya praised the production with large number of finds and original elements.

Maria Petrova and Maxim Marinin before the performance stated that the scores for them are important and they will simply try to give their maximum and do good job. This approach has given excellent results - the highest scores. "The result was a great number by two pair skaters: wide, strong, with great lifts" - praised Anton Sikharulidze. Igor Bobrin emphasized on the theme of the number about a girl , afraid of her loved one who returned from the war with a disfigured face. Margarita Drobiazko and Alexei Tikhonov also got 12 points for their performance . The judges interpreted differently the use of the sand in this philosophical number . Oksana Domnina performed with Povilas Vanagas-the leader of previous stages . The lyrical number to the song of Elena Vaenga brought maximum points to the pair . “In order to deliver such adjusted and emotionally accurate number, you have to train day and night” noticed Natalie Bestemyanova. And there have certainly been some memorable performances! Ones that spring to mind are Navka/Marinin, Denkova/Vanagas, Domnina/Tikhonov, Drobiazko/Averbukh, Totmianina/Vanagas, Domnina/Tchernyshev, and Khokhlova/Everyone. ;)

The judging has been fairly good too, apart from the persistent undermarking of Naomi Lang and the "gift" given to Navka in Week Nine. The main problem with the scoring has not been the judging; it's been the Channel 1 computer.

Well... Vanagas, Totmianina, and Zhulin have each been given an extra 0.02. These didn't affect the positions but poor Jana Khokhlova has unaccountably been deducted 0.22 from her performance with Staviski dropping her from third to equal fourth. Staviski retained his 11.98 but Jana was effectively given 11.76 for the same performance!! Let's hope that they are not using the Channel 1 computer for Sochi in two years time!!

According to Tikhonov next Ice Age is postpone for next year or further but there will be tours .One of Averbukh's projects is to build Ice Palace .
