That's the message my deely-boppers are picking up. ;)

PJ Kwong has retweeted a few tweets tonight of people saying they'd love to see V/M work with Christopher Dean.

I'm willing to put money on there being a coaching change definitely after the end of the season, if not earlier (less certain on the earilier, but you never know).

I totally agree with this, V&M in the hands of Christopher Dean could be magical & recordbreaking, I think they should think of this change & try to make it happen.

I mean look at the response for the FD that was created by Torvill & Dean tonight, the audience was thrilled & responded cause it was unique & stood out & took some risks.

Leave it to T&D to create the excitement even when they are not skating.

gilles and poirier have great speed, twizzles were faster more interesting coreography anyway i think the international judges will like them alot as well.

You have to watch both partners, not just Paul ;)

she is a great skater much better than the technically weak vanessa crone that robbed weaver and poje of an olympic berth in 2010.

I completely agree--it could definitely be magic. My one other suggestion to add to this hypothetical dream team is Tom Dickson.

I kind of really wish Zhulin were still in New Jersey. I would have loved to see V/M with Dean choregoraphy and Zhulin as their technical coach.

Depends. I say no to Dean if it's a program like G&P have, I don't think that's intricate and sophisticated enough for a team of V&Ms caliber. It has to be something he'd give to Jane and himself to some powerful music.

I'll stick my neck out and say V/M will leave Z/S at the end of the season. Where, I haven't a clue, but go they must. Time for new inspiration. This year has been ridiculous...with their talent, it's a waste.

Well, obviously. The thing here is I think that in V/M, he would have a team capable of doing what he and Jayne could/did, and therefore, he could give them a program like that.

It was me, who tweeted about Dean :). It's my dream. I wish it could happen.

I don't understand Marina anymore. Such nerves for brilliant duet and not 100% programmes . She should let them work with smb else.

If you guys get your wish and they change coaches, Tracy W will have to get some new talking points. She has said for years that the fact that they train with D/W is a plus and that the rivalry has made them both the great teams that they are. She has also called Marina a great choreographer (on more than one occasion).

And don't forget the old saying...keep your friends close but your enemies closer. :)

WOW! They were awesome! I miss the 'crazy Audrey' part as pani calls it--that was one of my favourite moments. but I still love this FD. They are such brilliant performers, and this really showcases that. I miss the old lift but love the new one. I think they should feel extremely confident after delivering a performance like that. and in the interview, Tessa noted the improvement in their speed and power. They seemed happy and motivated. It was just so nice to see them happy after yesterday.

and congrats to Kaitlyn and Andrew!

Not sure what you mean by that. But I'll just leave it at that since I know you don't mean D/W. :scream:

tapdancer, she may have said that for years and even before the short dance, but after that short dance, all tracy could say is that the two of them are being undermarked and underappreciated. she was mad and couldn't let it go to even talk about another dance team.
Why wouldn't she say that? She's just worried about their chances for getting their WC back. To say "undermarked" and "underappreciated" makes sense. She knows that it's far from a given that they will cruise past D/W at Worlds.
