Who finishes higher at 2011 Cup of Russia, Rachael FLATT (USA) or Christina GAO (USA)?

If one skater withdraws/does not finish, then she will finish last for purposes of this vBet. If both withdraw/do not finish, then this vBet will be cancelled.
