I've looked everywhere I could think of & can't find any place that is showing Worlds 2012? Any suggestions????

Just wait, it's a bit soon for coverage info to be out. Looks like you are in the USA. I believe NBC/Universal Sports still have the TV contract in the USA for the ISU Championships (including Worlds).
