Well, I honestly feel like nothing can save her now...but good luck to her with Orser. :)

It's not so much her skating....it's her "head" that's the problem. Microwave popcorn doesn't pop as much as she does. I hope he can teach her to control her nerves. I really would like to see her skate to her potential.

I'm surprised she's taking the leap and leaving Québec! However, I think the change of training in a new atmosphere will help re-motivate her.

I think having world class competitors around her on a daily basis will help, as will a new environment. If she is away from her old habits, it may help her to focus more on training. Good luck to her, as she certainly has the potential if she can overcome her nerves. Solid training is the first step to accomplishing that.

Good luck to her. I had long given up on her but she has some fantastic basics, some of the best, and will be interesting to see if she can live up to her past potential with the new change. I won't hold my breath but I do agree with Thompson in that article that she has the potential to be another Joannie.

Good luck to Cynthia. I think she waited a bit too long, but you never know.

YEAH BABY!!!! Amaaazing move on her part! Nothing bad can come out of this, cuz she's already reached the lowest point this season with her latest FP performance (triple toes only? Really?) it seams like orser is somehow making gedevanishvilli less if a headcase with each outing, and maybe he can do the same to her :)

But first thing's first: GET HER NEW PROGRAMS

Ohhhhh, this is fantastic news. Here's to hoping for a fruitful pairing. I do wish this had taken place earlier in the season, but better now than later (or not at all). Good luck Cynthia. Best wishes to you.

YEAH BABY!!!!

But first thing's first: GET HER NEW PROGRAMS

And new costumes, please.

I think this is a great move. I hope it helps her to leave a place that may have become too comfortable and where she's obviously not improving anymore.

Good luck to her!!
