I haven't gone through the entire thread, so if this has been asked before, forgive me...

Is there any word on Canadian SOI? My e-mail has officially been haywire for about two months now, so any word from any lists I belong to have not gotten through to me.

Thanks in advance!!

The website http://www.starsonice.ca still says 2012 schedule coming soon!

This is what was posted on their Facebook page:
Due to the Worlds the last week of March, and the Team Trophy event in Japan 3 weeks later, the start of the Stars on Ice Canada Tour will be a little later than normal. With all of this in mind, the 2012 SOI Tour will go on sale soon after the 1st of the Year.

Stay tuned...

Review in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise:

Local skaters Karen Kan and James Gann, the 2008 and 2010 U.S. adult pair skating champions, were also in the audience. They found this year's show much more entertaining than in previous years. The appointment of Browning as director and choreographer did not go unnoticed by their discerning eyes.
"Browning has his own unique style," Gann said.
"It was back to how it used to be; it was more personable and more intimate." Kan said. "The skaters seemed happy, and happy skaters make a happy audience."

Ice Network interview with the Kerrs:

"Kurt and Jeff combined did the most amazing routines for us," Sinead said. "We skated from pretty much 10 in the morning until 10 at night for three days solid to get ready for the Lake Placid show. Kurt Browning was amazing at the helm. He's a great leader. He's inspiring. He was fantastic at giving the right people the right parts in the ensemble pieces. Jeff Buttle was also great. He knew the timing of everything. Because of those two, we made it happen in such a short period of time."
Despite the demanding schedule, both Sinead and John said Browning was generous with his time and advice for them and Bradley, telling them this was the start of their journeys as performers.
"The energy was phenomenal," Sinead said. "Not one complaint. Everyone working hard. We're all so excited to be part of Kurt's vision."

Sasha's costume could be really nice-looking with a few adjustments, but I agree that at the moment it looks like a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.

Um. . . rumor has it she had 'em prior to Vancouver 2010 and took 'em out for her comeback. Might she have gone back for a new pair? :shuffle:

Sasha's definitely been wearing a lot more revealing costumes over the past year. Guess she's enjoying her more womanly figure!
