Beatrice certainly got a lot of (deserved) flack for that ghastly Royal Wedding hat, but I've really liked some of her recent looks:

I will give Beatrice credit for turning things around since the Wedding fashion wise. My favourite look of hers this past year though was at Zara's Wedding. That turquoise on her was just stunning!!

I haven't found any announcements yet about online and/or international/USA broadcasting. Will keep posted........ :sekret:

IIRC, they didn't announce the Royal Channel's live feed of the wedding until shortly before the big day, so perhaps....... :saint:

I imagine that the Thames pageant will probably be broadcast on USA TV, it's historic and unusual. Can't wait. :)

I would LOVE to see the service of Thanksgiving. :swoon: Maybe a kind soul in UKYouTubeland will post it eventually.......

In other Royal news...

We've got an October Royal Wedding to look forward to. The Luxembourg Ducal Court announced Guilliame and Stephanie's Wedding Date for October 20th.

How nice of them to decide to hold it ten days before my Birthday, huh? ;) :D

and...Look who stole the show at her Grandpa's Birthday Celebrations a couple of days ago...

Svenskdam ~ Baby Estelle makes surprise appearance on the Balcony at King Carl Gustaf's Birthday Celebrations (http://svenskdam.se/2012/04/kungen-firades-pa-fodelsedagen-men-estelle-stal-showen/)

It's in Swedish, but the pictures speak for themselves I think. Well...That and....Awwwww!!! :)

Nice article on the wedding attended by William and Kate:

Here's a picture of the Duchess at the wedding, (I believe) wearing a "familiar" dress:

AragornElessar, thanks for the pictures of the Swedish celebration.
I thought this, from the article, was wonderful:

This was, after all, the princess Estelles first "official" appearance, but there will be more.

Yes, that is the dress she wore, but that photograph was taken in Canada when she was here. Time she added a navy and gold belt and a small navy hat. In some photos she also had a short navy jacket (the jacket may have been the same one she wore the morning after her own wedding last year.)
Sorry, I can't link photos on this computer, I will try to add one later.

The jacket she wore was all blue - see the first picture in the attached link:

It has similarities to Kate's, but I like it better than Kate's. I didn't really like Kate's dress that much, as I had hoped she would wear something more modern, something "McQueen".

I wonder how Kate's feet are going to hold up day after day in those high heels. At some point Diana switched to low pumps and flats.

I would agree with you, if Catherine were not "officially" joining the Royal Family.
On that day, especially with the eyes of the Commonwealth upon her; she had to choose a gown that showed that she understood the taste and expectations of HMQ; and her new position, upon entering "the Firm".

That said, I think her dress was a good mix of traditional and modern elements.
