Thanks, I finally got it lol

Also was there a deduction today? what for?

extended lift. I guess it was over the requirement. Easy fix, and Scott didn't seem too upset about it.

Thanks for the FD link. This looked better than SC. It looked faster.

I think the 1.00 deduction was for the last lift.

One small criticism they need to bulk up the coreo in the s wonderful section its a bit stale at the moment.

I like SC perfomance more (it was more emotional)/ And at GPF they will have much more support.
They need to made some transitions in slow part. But if Tessa wll be strong enough to do this. If she feel great with this FD - i will be happy without any new transitions.
But i think Scott could made some linking steps, when Tessa only skate arround, no?

the transitions are fine its the coreo and the positioning of the bodies in that section they need to bring more emotion in that part.

i wish icenetwork writers would stop expressing how bored they are of v/m winning. what's up with these titles?

icenetwork is very clearly politicking with these latest V/M articles. It's a site run by USFSA, so why should anyone be surprised?

not surprised they will root for the overrated D&W all year and if tessa and scott happen to beat them at the gp final they will trot out nonsense that it was just a home country victory. Perhaps someone should enlighten them on their team`s mismatched leg lines, posture and weaker dance holds.

Exactly. It's no different than CBC's rooting for Chan or V/M (though I will point out that Cappellinni/Lannotte are credited for having the highest TES in the SD in that article, which is false. V/M did)

going back to the sd costume, i would love for tessa to wear a dress with an asymmetrical cut and a color other than blue.

I've got to mention that PJ Kwong and Tracy Wilson (i.e. the CBC commentators) have been respectful of D/W; they do not pick at their performances. I've never seen anything negative about D/W on the CBC website.

The CBC has not politicked against them. Skate Canada doesn't do so on their website or Skatebuzz either. Bev Smith of the Globe talks up Canadian skaters, but I haven't seen her diss their competitors.

I think it's unnecessary and unseemly for icenetwork to make comments like some of the recent ones. (And don't get me started on Judy Blumberg.)

Is the Eurosport vid for the FD up yet??

Nah, it's just passive-aggressive.

The way Beverly Smith talks up Canadian skaters is so fervent and one-dimensional that it seems like a diss (not to mention that she does in facto do so more directly).

I'd call it politicking. As mentioned before, icenetwork is USFSA-owned, although it presents itself as a news site, and is widely read.

Writing with great enthusiasm about Canadian skaters is not the same as insinuating specific criticisms about their competitors into readers' minds (without having to prove the criticisms' validity). Bev Smith does not do the latter.

Looks like we'll just agree to disagree.
