According to SC's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/skatecanada), the location for next year's SCI will be announced on Sunday. They are posting clues as to where the event will be held:

1) Hometown of a multiple Canadian champion (doesn't say male or female)
2) An Annual General Meeting was held there within the past 10 years.

I'm guessing Edmonton (and if it is, I'd better be seeing a whole lot of you there in MY stomping grounds!)...

We were guessing Windsor last night.

Come on, Edmonton!

Which Canadian champ is from Edmonton? Jamie Sale?

On Skatebuzz radio last night they mentioned an "intimate" venue....not sure either Edmonton or Winnipeg could be considered intimate......

2nd clue: the AGM was held there in the last 10 years.

PEI had it in 2011.

Rob McCall was from pei, right?

No, Rob was from NS, and unfortunately he's been gone for more than 10 years.

They didn't say the champion was in the past 10 years, they said the multi-time champion was from that location. The AGM was there in the past 10 years.

Which champion was from Windsor?

Yes, but Jen was coached by Callaghan and she lived in Windsor and trained in Detroit for a few years.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Wikipedia says she is from Goderich, ON.

Born in Goderich, raised in Windsor, lived and trained in Barrie.

Then it's probably Windsor...
