I cannot wait to see this vault final tomorrow night! It sounds ridiculous how clean and well done most of the guys have been on this event. :respec:

Okiguchi (JPN) VT1: tsuk triple twist, clean in the air, landed fairly low. Japanese fans loved it. 16.300 (7.0/9.40)

16.300 VT1; Handspring randi. Just a step again. Pretty solid effort there for Okiguchi.

Okiguchi crosses his legs in his twisting, almost enough to look like Nakano's leg wrap :)

Wammes lands on his knees. He is pretty though.

And cheated the twists

Okiguchi JPN--16.283 16.291 average and in 3rd

Okiguchi VT 2: handspring 2.5 twist well done. (7.0/9.232). Average = 16.291. He's in bronze medal position with only Wammes to go

Wammes NED-Landed three quarter of the way on his Randi VT1.--Crunched his ankles a bit, hope he's OK. 6.8/15.433 He didn't get full credit

Wammes was not credited with the 2.5. Score for first vault: 15.433 (6.8/8.633)

15.433 for Wammes VT1; much better on the Kas 1 1/2, just a step forward. What an exciting final!

Wammes VT2: tsuk 2.5 twist, very clean. Landed upright and took 1 step forward. 15.933 (6.60/9.333). 8th place

Whoever is tweeting for Universal Sports has a great sense of humor!
unisports_gym @nrarmour Does Wammes get a < or a << on that first vault? :) :)
