A Google search turns up the following info...

Andrzej Dostatni (Polish national dance champion who competed at the 1988 Olympics and Worlds from 1987-1991) and his wife Elena (Elena Khaliavina/Maxim Shabalin won the silver medal in dance at 2002 Junior Worlds) have been coaching in Sun Valley, Idaho. Dostatni is listed as an ISU Dance Technical Specialist for Poland.

Isn't she one who quit skating to do ballet? He must be quite a bit older than her.

Interesting, so has ever been technical controller when Monko/Khaliavin has competed, i would think this is conflict of interest when your brother-in-law is skating.

There were two Monko / Khaliavin events where Dostatni was on the technical panel:

2010 JW: M/K won the bronze medal
2010 JGP Roumania: M/K won by 14 points

Do we know for a fact that Kirill Khaliavin is the younger brother of Elena Khaliavina? I've Googled both their names and haven't found any references to them being siblings.

He is moving to CO the end of the month. It's been announced by World Arena. It's not speculation. Does anyone know more about his coaching background?

Someone said it has been formally announced by the World Arena. I have not seen a formal announcement. I am at the World Arena every day.

I think so. Her bio says she was born in 1983, so quite an age gap (he was born in 1966).
