I don't think Chock/Bates is an improvement. Better leg line with Emily.

I guess we all have our own opinions, but to me it seemed like Evan was skating with a lighness that I have never seen before. Chock will have to work twice as hard to match her wonderful partner, but they do have chemistry and that's a good stating point. :)

My complaint isn't about Evan. Emily is a better skater with a better body line than Madison and, IMO, Emily is a better match for him in skating and line. I think Evan's potential is diminished with MC.
