I voted for Benjamin Buttons as my favorite but my 2nd favorite performance is the Assassination of Jesse James. Lots of people have not seen this movie, Brad is so good. I love fight club.

What was the name of the movie in which he played Cate Blanchett's husband, and she was shot while they were in a tourist bus? There was a Japanese girl in it. I just can't remember the name.

Babel.

Thank you! At first glance I was thinking that Pitt has been in lots of good movies, but no great ones. But these two are great movies! :cheer2: :respec:

Besides Meet Joe Black and 7 Years in Tibet :scream: I lurve him in all his movies. Babel and Inglorious Basterds and Burn after reading are :swoon:

I forgot about Seven Years in Tibet. I loved that movie! It was very different from the book though.

I think I love that movie, but it's hard to get past Brad's awful accent...

"Inglourious Basterds" and "12 Monkeys" were my favorite of the ones listed; "Snatch" is my favorite of the unlisted. It's funny; I never used to like Pitt and thought both his looks and his acting were highly overrated, but he's really grown on me.

Not a fan of Pitt, Paltrow, Kidman, Dicaprio, Diaz, Roberts, Jolie......type of actors, but voted for Basterds as for the great movie.
IMHO actors like him look the best in a multi-star cast movies - Oceans, IB...

Those are all very different actors with very different talent levels. Exactly how do you typify them as one type?
