Is it wrong to kinda have a crush on Rory (Damian McGinty?) :slinkaway

I have never enjoyed a Vocal Adrenaline performance and tonight was no exception. That pinball song lasted FOREVER. Oh gawd, will we have more of Unique next season?

I either never heard of the song (Paradise by the Dashboard Light), am meh on (Celine Dion?) or actively dislike (Edge of Glory), but the performances were quite glorious.

And I have always found Rory hot and that hasn't changed.

Cool, an Oberlin reference! Is that the first? You'd think at least one of the Glee kids would want to attend. I mean, in-state tuition!

I don't expect Tina to suddenly emerge as this new leader next season, but I don't mind a storyline where Tina and the others prevent any of the newcomers from trying to be the new leader of the group.

And Sugar playing Quinn was perfect. Vanessa had that cold, vacant look DOWN.

You seriously have never heard of Paradise by the Dashboard Light? Or did I misunderstand?

Never. Meat Loaf was never my thing.

That KidzBop version of Starships made me want to rip out my ears: "higher than any other." :scream:

The emma and shu getting it on bit is really ruining my moment.

To each his own. I love this pairing and am thrilled it finally happened. It was long overdue and the virginity storyline was long past being believable. Although I have to give it to Jayma and Matthew for doing their best with some crap material especially last season. They have been way redeemed this year.

I actually wish RM and company had had the balls to continue through with their original plan to graduate the seniors. This show would do well with a somewhat fresh cast. And I am so over Finchel. I like the two of them as characters, Rachel less this season at times but I am sick of their romance swallowing up the entire show.

Since they never went to Nationals with the Journey anthem I kinda wanted to hear it (unless I have it all wrong.) The Seniors came in with that song and could go out with it. But I think I might be in the minority on this.

My problem with it being interjected into that song had nothing to do with whether or not I like the pairing. It's the fact that I thought it was a deeply awkward moment for it and really did not belong in the middle of the kids' celebration. To be it just read as "yay, you're a winner, now we can do it." And that's weird.

The only think I hated aoub tit was the whole 'it is a reward' overtones. I would have liked it better if it wasn't because oh he is such a successful MAN, and more about how it was the resulf of her OCD getting better, her trusting him. Which you can say it was too, since it was overdue, it just felt much more like a 'victory' thing - I hate the whole idea that girls 'give it up' to guys, even if she said it was for both of them, I didn't think it came across that way.

yep, that's definitely part of my problem.

This show has explicitly made it clear that virginity is a 'gift' which is given most often by a woman to a man for some reason. I mean, it was pretty clear that Santana the slut 'took' Finn's virginity (same thing with Brittany and Artie) while Emma and Rachel 'gave the gift' of their virginities to their respective partners. It's disturbing.

Frankly, that's where the gay man running the show completely misses the point. I'm completely ready to concede I couldn't write a storyline about a gay male relationship, but the hetero relationships on this show are whack. Only Tina and Mike have a good, solid, sexually mature and mutually supportive relationship, everyone else is skewed.
