Only 6.45 for long jump means Hideous Fountain is out of the running for gold definitely.

So it's down to Ennis and Chernova for the gold and it all depends on the javelin. :yikes:

Yay we're doing better than Australia ^_^. Wonder it lasts. I can't think of any Australians at the moment. Wait there is a long jumper isn't there?
Ooh and we got through to semi final or final for 1500m Men.
Oh and why are they doing 1500m heats and 800m final today? Be a real pain if you're good at both distances.
And why do Hepthaletes and Decathletes get tortured by having to do the 800m and 1500m respectively. Poor people have already done 9 or 5 events.

Mitchell Webb. And Sally Pearson is the outright fave in 100m hurdles.

Some of the scheduling here has been completely

Jessica Ennis basically needs a PB in the javelin to get even with Chernova. :yikes:

One throw left for Jessica Ennis to close 130 points between her and Chernova. :(

You know between swimming worlds and now these athletics worlds. The brits haven't done as well as they could. There is the rowing though. I guess that is a consolation. But the media must be getting ready to pounce.

^It's a tactical move, so there isn't TOO much pressure in LOndon.
Yea, that's it.
;)
Isn't there any Spanish representation at these champs? Or Italian?
