Can I be mean and wish Wieber an injury?

Well, I would hope you wouldn't wish an injury on anyone.

Hpw about a clean competition but Komova wins anyway?

Even more depressing than Weiber winning is Raisman as World FX champion! Even worse than Tweddle a few ytears back.

Yeah really. Haven't there been enough injuries, esp. to team USA?

If Weiber gets hurt, the US would be in heavy danger of not even qualifying a full team.

The only situation that even halfway makes sense is that when the first list was submitted, the extent of Alicia's injury was unknown and Martha thought she may be able to have Alicia vault in finals. Otherwise, why the heck would you have an athlete in need of immediate surgery on your team roster? I don't see Martha as the type to do it just so Alicia can get a medal.

I disagree. Marta has her favorites. She probably does want Alicia to have another medal. It was a similar situation with Chellsie Memmel at the OOOOO. She had a broken ankle but Marta kept her on the team anyway.

China started its qualification on floor, two solid routine from Sui Lu and Jao Jinan, china tie Romania on floor in the team qualifications. JYY and HQS did not do well on floor.

Romanians are better than China on vault by 0.399 points, Jinnan scored the best first vault score of the competition so far of 14.866 and solid vault score from HQS as well.

Next rotation chinese will perform on UB, and i predict they will score 7-9 points higher than Romanians.

So I checked a CCTV5 stream to be sure it wasn't shown...and I *think* Pang and Tong are getting tango lessons from ballroom dancers? With the occasional Super Mario tune thrown in for some weird reason. lol.

Tan did hit her feet on the floor. Isn't that pretty equivalent to a fall? That explains her low E score.
