Sometime every August, U.S. News publishes their annual, oft-maligned rankings of "best colleges" in the U.S.

The rankings supposedly focus on undergraduate education, but sometimes reflect data from the entire institution, for example a college/university that has large graduate programs.

The rankings have also been fairly predictable the last 10 years, with some variation in the 7-14 range. Hence your opportunity to make easy vCash. :bribe:

So, who will be the top 10 schools in this year's (2012, expected publication date August 2011) U.S. News ranking of national universities? For reference, here is last year's ranking (http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities).

On a lighter note, GQ has their latest installment of the 10 Douchiest Colleges in America (http://www.gq.com/entertainment/humor/201108/douchiest-colleges-america-2011#slide=1). :saint:

The Douchiest Committee obviously didn't want to fight the heat and trek to Alabama, where everyone in the vicinity of both U of Alabama and Auburn -- college kids, townies, pets, cattle, cars -- are dressed in (not just jerseys but) full Auburn or Alabama (never both!) football jerseys.

Instead, they pick on Penn State! I know it's all for fun, but :drama: WTF? Seems that someone at GQ was dun wrong by a woman in State College!

 Now that UMBS made $65,000,000 (if my quick math is correct) on this single bet, and shall never be challenged, maybe he'll loosen up the odds on future bets for we commoners? :saint:
