As long as Silouettes doesn't win I'm fine with any of the others.

I don't really care who wins. I thoroughly enjoy this show during the summer because of the variety of acts and Nick Cannon is hysterical. I think the overall talent was very entertaining this season. I laughed and cried with the kinetic king, ooohed at the Russian bar until they committed entertainment suicide (which was entertaining in and of itself), liked most of the singers and nearly all the dance troupes. Looking forward to next season!

This was actually my first season of AGT. I'm also looking forward to next season and I actually wish I had watched it before.

I love it too for the variety, but I think it is a bit drawn out. It wasn't as long as it was the Olympic summer when they tood the break, but they could shorten the quarterfinals by a week.

Patti was very generous and gracious letting Landau really showcase his performance in that number, but like I've said about some of the acts, I don't think I'd sit through a whole show of Patti Labelle.

Landau and Patti La Belle :cheer2:

On the show he's just done American Standards, but he apparently has a broad range of music styles ranging from rap and reggae to gospel. The local NBC affiliate has done a series of segments on him the last few weeks.

I was curious as to who they would pair with Landau. I hadn't thought about Patti La Belle, but I like that pairing.

That was an interesting number with TI. Their versatility as a group just expanded greatly. There's a lot of stuff they can do even touring with a band. Interesting.

I'm not a Cobra Starship fan, but I agree with you that it was good for TI to show their versatility with a band like that. I just got chills thinking about them touring with Daft Punk or the Chemical Brothers.

I expect to see Silhouettes on the CMA awards next year. They could also tour with a country group. Brilliant production ideas. I wonder if the AGT producers put the acts together or if the groups did. Nicely done.

All four acts get to be in the Vegas show along with Michael Grimm and most of the top 10 finalists. Good for them. If I were in Vegas in October, I'd go.

Tony Bennett and Queen L. Tony Bennett is a hot, hot property now.

I expected Tony B. to be singing the celebrity duet with Landau.

What are the odds that any of the kids on PopLyfe knew who Stevie Wonder is?
