I think Landau will get work in Vegas as well. Last season the finalists had other acts duet with them on the results show. I'm betting they book Tony Bennett to sing with Landau. That would be awesome.

I'm looking forward to the Silhouettes next week, when they will do their tribute to the Old Testament.

ITA. The group last year that was similar to them (but not as unique) apparently has a very nice gig in Vegas. They are perfect for a casino show. Besides, the winner only has a one night Vegas show. Michael Grimm is touring with Stevie Nicks although he's booked into Vegas in December. Several of the variety acts on the show have got Vegas work even though they didn't win the competition. Silhouettes won't get a Vegas job because of the kids, but I can see Disney booking them for a theme park show.

I guess other people have a different attention span than I do. I can't imagine sitting thru 90 mins of a light show, whether it be TI or last year's act. But then I can't stand Cirque Du Soleil either.

I don't really think Poplyfe is a Vegas act either. They need a studio, & the band needs some serious work in becoming better backup singers. But I think they will end up being the biggest thing coming out of this season.

Headlining doesn't mean you do the entire show. But, they are perfect for a Cirque type show.

PopLyfe won't be hired by a casino for a full time gig. One, because they're kids and Vegas has dropped the *family* ads. You don't bring your family to Vegas. They most certainly do need a studio, a good producer and a good agent to secure them a good contract. You don't see many parents waiting for those kids back stage so I hope they get a good represenative. Kailani, in particular seems to be on her own. She is the star of the band without a question. A little autotuning and the band would sound fine and nobody would care in a concert. She, however, has the makings of a superstar if everything falls into place for her. Sharon Osbourn could help them here.

Landau and TI are my favorites - by a mile.

I'm so happy for Logan, W VA!
How large is their Fieldhouse?
I'm sure the entire town will be there.

I think the last two standing might very well be Landau and TI. Both would do well in Vegas.

Landau may pull it off, remember what the "home town" vote did for Kevin Skinner, and Landau is a better singer.

My mother is a huge Sinatra fan and she was shocked when the judges sent Landau to Vegas in the first audition. She thought he was pretty bad. I think he's okay, but not that great. But he is a very likeable guy. I guess I like TI the best of the finalists - but it gets hard for acts like them and Silhouettes to come up with something new each week.

I think the results were fine last night based on the performances. I still wish Landon or MAS were in, but neither did as great a routine as the week before. You have to up your game for the finals.

Going first isn't the best spot for Landau.

I thought the same thing. I was kind of expecting Silhouettes to go first.
