The dance team sort of annoyed me by doing another zombie dance - is that all they do?
Colbie is sounding a bit off.
Colbie did sound off and she didn't get a standing ovation from the judges like the Les Miserables cast.
I'm really excited for the Kinetic King.

The Kinetic King, The West Springfield Dance group, the 2nd magician who did the water trick and the jump ropers.

It came down to the judges and Piers and Sharon voted for the jump ropers.

The Fiddleheads were pretty bad, IMHO. :shuffle:

I somewhat agree with Piers on that one. The band and the singer really didn't feed off each other. The tween group PopLyfe has more chemistry.
I agreed with Piers on the band - but I also thought the singer was off this time.
Colbie sounded off too.

I'm just glad the quarter finals are over. I've already forgot who some of the acts in the semis are. They'll be brand new. There's a real advantage to some of the acts that were in the early rounds as they'll have had lots of time to perfect the act or a new choreography for the semis. I'm a little nervous to see the Russian bar act because of the sheer danger to her to add even more tricks. Excited, but nervous. I always flinch when gymnasts do their balance beam routine and they aren't going 20 feet in the air.

Exactly, this is sooooo drawn out.

I was glad to see the Kinetic King do well, but he makes it to the top 24 instead of J Chris Newberg?? Like there's a chance in hell that the Kinetic King could turn his act into a 90 minute show? And isn't the winner supposed to do five shows a week? Even if he worked 24 hours a day, it wouldn't be enough time for him to set everything up to do that many shows... (And J Chris Newberg was hilarious!)

I think the winner only does one show actually. And they are just the headliner, not the entire show.

 They win, collect a million dollars and then do a show on Tuesday and then they're done? I thought they had to do a year of shows!

I think it's more like they collect the first payment on a million dollar annuity paid over 20 years.
