But Florent is totally entertaining in the right setting.

So I guess Yuna managed to get hold of both European Champions this year Sarah and Florent! As well one of my all time fav legends - the beautiful Irina... wonder if they met in Moscow?

Good to see more European flavours this time round :)

If she can somehow get Tovill and Dean, then my skating fanning is complete! :D

I was just a little surprised to hear he was invited.
I guessed that Brian Joubert is 'the one'. Not Florent Amodio.
My guess was totally wrong.

Joubert did ATS spring, and ATS summer 2010, and was in Festa before that. Maybe they're trying to bring in some new skaters - I don't see too many skaters from the spring cast on the list. Or maybe he just couldn't make it this time; he still needs to prep for next season and take care of his knee, after all.

Amodio is a very good show skater, it's really a better fit for him than competitive skating, IMO. He'll be a great addition to the cast.
