I liked Javier's programs this year. Especially his Pirate, which was big hit with the audience.

Hooray! So happy for him. Hopefully they won't try to give him dark, serious programs though. I love the sense of fun he brings to skating :)

:lol:..one man's meat is another man's poison.. I detested the pirate program. ( and we had 2 yrs. of it !) Oh, I know the audience responded ..but they would have liked it just as much as a show program , which would have been a better place for it . As for myself, I'd prefer to be charmed in other ways than to see him staggering around pretending to be drunk , but in a show or gala it wouldn't have bothered me as much.
I would absolutely love to see what Shae could do for him..I hope they consider her for choreo.

I knew that Javi is off Morozov for a long time, but delighted to hear that he's going to train with Orser!

I don't know why Amodio would leave Morozov at this point. He had a great season - GP Finalist, Euro. champ, and a solid showing at worlds. Don fix what ain't broken is the motto I live by.

I thought "Wow, a good-looking nineteen-year-old acting his age with panache and humor!" I don't get why everyone attacks the crotch-rubbing. It's hilarious and it fits both the music and the overall tone of the program. It works for him.
