Alton reportedly lost 50 pounds...I didn't think he had 50 to lose. Maybe he should've lost 30 pounds instead.

He can regain them at the "Iron Chef" dinners!

I hope so. He looks like death warmed over.

Wow, where in the world did Alton have 50 pounds to lose? Did he remove bones or body parts or something?

I thought his face looked especially haggard. I really hope it's not illness also.

Yes, and I like Giada less and less.

Juba and Justin continue to have difficulties on Camera.

I was impressed with Alicia.

Buh-bye, Juba. Just not camera-ready.

Poor Juba. Good chef, just not on TV.

Penny was hardcore with her choices but that's part of the game.

Penny was hardcore with her choices but that's part of the game. That's true, but I still don't like her

I disagree. She was not very strategic in her decisions despite what she said. She was trying to trip others up and win by default instead of really trying to put herself in a situation to shine.

Penny still grates but at least she pulled her hair back, put on something with a higher neckline, and quit trying to make sexy happen.

Juba was just eye-gougingly bad on camera, but I wish I could have tasted his food because it SOUNDED great. And I loved Orchid just told them "Yep, I knew Penny was trying to throw me under the bus."

I agree. If she were strategically smart, she would have (1) kept her strategy to herself (lots of future value in that); (2) done better than second-from-the bottom in her group; and (3) realized from the start that the judges were absolutely not going to eliminate Orchid in this round.

Penny comes across as not very smart and not very nice. The judges clearly tried to make the latter point to her tonight. We'll see if she gets it....
