According to my husband, the prediction was actually for 6:00 Pacific time.

Which means that the end still might come. This totally justifies ordering that Nutella-Ghirardelli-hazelnut chocolate torte for dessert, right?

Oh well, off to the local (diet coke for me anyway) watering hole to see the floaters and zombies, if any.

I was going to go to bed, seeing as I've been up all night. But I don't want to be sleeping during the rapture (which is in just over and hour here now), and wake up and be the only person left!

I am more concerned that it will happen and I won't know, as I don't know anyone I can reasonably expect to disappear.

I'm going to eat with my boyfriends family. Very nice Christian people. I am afraid we will be enjoying dinner and suddenly it will just be my bf and I left. My bf might have a chance of being taken since he is Christian. If I am the only one left behind then I am helping myself to everyone's left overs.

Had some work done to better tune our new solar water heater yesterday. Told the plumbers that if the rapture happens and I am called, I want to have a hot shower first. No need to take flight feeling gritty. :glamor: Crazy how much money this guy made off of his prediction, but I guess weather forecasters are also paid for their 7-day outlooks.

Absolutely. Except the prediction was that it would be a rolling rapture beginning at 6 p.m. local time everywhere. The billboards all said 6 p.m.

But the earthquake is supposed to hit Northern California at 6 p.m. Pacific, which means there is still 1:45 to go.

As for Camping, I'm sure his people will say that his office being empty is proof that he was taken up in the first wave.

For once, it pays to be on Pacific time! :)
